I wasn’t able to access the facility on the day of my move in. It was after office hours so I had no choice ... I wasn’t able to access the facility on the day of my move in. It was after office hours so I had no choice but to handle the move in the following morning. That threw off my plans and was a minor inconvenience. But, the next morning I was able to get in without any problems and the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The manager, Sophia, was professional, informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. She went above and beyond as a manager, customer care and front desk support . If I ever move back to Albany I will no doubt be coming back here!
